About Role/Job Purpose:
Basic Function of the Position – The incumbent is responsible to accomplish skilled maintenance and repair work throughout the New Consulate Compound (NCC) buildings, grounds, and residential owned/leased properties. Works on assignments which includes hardware, associated peripherals, configuration, optimization, repair of Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) distribution, chillers, large central air handling units, packaged A/C units, filtration, fan coils, Variable Air Volume (VAV) units, HVAC ductwork, evaporators, condensers, humidifiers, motorized valves, chilled water piping, circulation pumps, damper motors, controllers, actuators, HVAC water treatment systems, and other control devices.

Job Responsibilities:
- Incumbent must/be able to know the location and operating parameters and/ specific building systems which support the facility in order to not disrupt critical operations when performing maintenance and repairs.
- This knowledge is important when following scheduled maintenance work and repairs.
