Account Manager – HR Services job at Finclude Pakistan-April 2021
Job Responsibilities:
- Build a rapport with the hiring managers of the corporate clients by understanding their position requirement and skillsets
- Understand the recruitment workflow/process at the client organization to manage the candidate interview requirements across multiple stake holders
- Liaise with Internal recruitment team to take ownership of candidate funnel
Requirements :
1-3 years experience of account/relationship management
Bachelors Degree in Marketing/HR/Economics
STEM background would be preferred
Project Management and CRM software skills preferred
Public speaking skills recommended
Written communication skills with ability to present the ideas clearly
Passion for personal growth with constant effort to learn
