Finclude is a specialist fintech recruitment agency and expanding its operations to service financial services sector locally and regionally.
Account Manager Vacancies at Finclude Pakistan 2021
Job Responsibilities:
- Build a rapport with the hiring managers of the corporate clients by understanding their position requirement and skillsets
- Understand the recruitment workflow/process at the client organization to manage the candidate interview requirements across
- Liaise with Internal recruitment team to take ownership of candidate funnel
- Review daily candidate funnel status and collaborate with digital marketing teams to build candidate outreach
- Keep a constant liaison with the client for invoicing for services
Requirements :
- 1-3 years experience of account/relationship management
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing/HR/Economics
- STEM background would be preferred
- Project Management and CRM software skills preferred
- Public speaking skills recommended
- Written communication skills with ability to present the ideas clearly
- Passion for personal growth with constant effort to learn
