About Company (Telenor Pakistan):
(8 April 2021) Telenor Group and Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata”) are in advanced discussions regarding a potential merger of its Malaysian mobile operations Digi and Celcom, in which the parties will have an equal ownership of 33.1 percent each. The new company will be a leading provider of telecommunication services in the country, with competence and scale to meet increasing expectations and demand from a digitally connected society.
Assistant Manager Financial Services and Analytics at Telenor Pakistan
Responsibility:
- Responsible for FS Channel planning and driving the overall FS Strategy
- Data driven initiatives, having strong analytical mindset and approach towards driving business
- To ensure the channel profitability, ROI & implementation of the distribution KPIs for the channel
- Develop plans to maximize distribution efficiency in the channel and grow business volume
- Analyzing & defining business and distribution parameters including retail expansion and engagement
- Setup tracking mechanism to highlight and apprise management on any alarming situation in Business/ distribution KPIs
- To ensure successful roll-out of FS initiatives across the Region & Circle
- Governance model for Business & Distribution KPIs and monitoring daily trends with historical comparisons, franchise governance and close coordination with regional teams to ensure smooth business operations
- Responsible for setting and tracking targets, campaigns, and gap analysis
- Build Competition & Channel Insights and coordinate with relevant team to address critical issue
Requirements :
Preferably MBA/MCS/BBA/BSC
3 – 5 years relevant work experience (FS Channel Planning and data analytics)
