About Role/Job Purpose:
Associate, DMS Technical Support (XpressFeed Loader)
This is a night shift position. You will be required to work on any other shift depending on business requirement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Sharpen your professional and interpersonal skills while interacting with development teams of major organizations.
- Develop your industry knowledge by working with our diverse client base at various financial institutions, government organizations and universities located across the globe.
- Get a chance to collaborate with different functions in the organization; development, data application specialist, product management.
- Understand how SQL is used in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and PostgreSQL work to define databases and load data based on various schemas that are deployed on Windows and Linux platforms.
- Learn how to test and ship products that our clients use directly for their analysis.

Requirements :
- Provide client support via phone, email and other mediums.
- Make suggestions in regards to product usability, presentation, and data quality.
- Assist sales representatives/ data application specialist in ensuring clients understand the dynamics of using the Xpressfeed Loader.
- Build, test and ship in-house applications for automation of processes and functions.
- Work with Senior Associates on projects which improve and develop Xpressfeed Loader processes and applications.
- Solve problems various product scenarios in order to tackle client queries.
- Perform UAT on the product releases.
- Assist client-side developers to build scripts in order to automate data transmission and post-processing functions.
- Maintain product documentation of all XpressFeed Loader for enhanced user experience.
