Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring COO Functions, assisting the Head Strategic Initiatives and Business Transformation, COO functions and his/ her staff in day to day tasks. Further elaborated as per Key Accountabilities below.
- Overall monitoring of departmental administrative tasks e.g., travelling arrangements, timely arrangement of office supplies and stationery, and maintenance of furniture/fixtures. Handling general internal service activities for staff.
Requirements :
- Graduate or MBA
- 5 to 7 years’ relevant experience.
- Banking experience preferred
