About Job/Role:
We are constantly growing and are currently looking for two (2) Civil Quantity Surveyor to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team of Engineers in our newly awarded project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibility:
- Quantity Surveying capabilities in Site Progress Evaluation / Measurement of installed quantities (quantity take off) – Civil, Marine, Mechanical, Electrical equipment’s, insulation, painting, fire proofing & structural works.
- Estimating quantities and cost/prices (unit rates/cost of labor, equipment & materials), it includes preparation of cost/valuation sheets, back charge invoices.
- Review and approved subcontractors draft invoices for payment and re-measurement of works quantities
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized/ reputed University.
- Minimum 2 – 5 years work experience as Civil Quantity Surveying in Heavy Industrial Construction Company
- Fluency in English and preferably Arabic
- Computer literacy, proficient in computer skills including use of MS Office
