Qualifications
- Completion of secondary school (10 years of education) is required.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum two (2) years of professional driving experience and one (1) year as motor vehicle dispatcher or fleet management experience is also required.
Duties
- Basic Function of the Position – Working in a team within the Motor Pool unit of U.S. Consulate General Lahore, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating all vehicle dispatching and instructions to chauffeurs and customers to schedule transportation for post personnel and official visitors. S/he must prioritize based on service demands and available vehicles and drivers, works with Regional Security Office (RSO) to ensure a bodyguard is available for each vehicle, and acts as team leader during the shift. The job holder is responsible for data entry of all vehicular information. Provides work guidance and training to chauffeurs.
