About Role/Job Purpose:

  • Collecting and compiling all relevant data/information for on-board students to prepare the graduands’ Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE), drafting and finalizing MSPE and Dean’s letter according to the direction of the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) guidelines. maintaining and keeping up to date the MSPE section of the individual student file according to the JCIA requirements. completing requirements of Electronic Residency Application Services (ERAS), coordinating the student appointments from the counter and uploading documents to ERAS web portal in timely manner

Key Responsibilities / Skills

Major duties and responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to the following:

  • Verifying educational credentials of onboard students and graduates of Medical College and preparation of verification letters upon request
  • Attending Examination and Promotion Committee (EPC) meetings and drafting minutes
  • Managing student files and filling documentation of onboard students and graduates in time
  • Assisting in registration/enrollment /licensure of the newly enrolled students and alumni of the University with regulatory/statutory bodies
  • Managing and coordinating the leaves of students
  • Verifying documents of newly admitted students
  • Compiling data of newly admitted students including managing student files received from the Admission’s Office
  • Generating student information reports in consultation with the supervisor
  • Assisting in graduation and convocation related work.

Requirements :

  • Master’s degree from an HEC recognized or reputed foreign university/institution
  • Ar least 4-5 years of experience of working in an office and writing content
  • ability to work effectively in teams with tight deadlines
  • strong communication skills in English (both oral and written)
  • excellent interpersonal, coordination and report writing skills (evidence will be required)
  • excellent problem solving skills
  • ability to anticipate problems and devise effective solutions
  • strong decision-making capability.
