Curriculum Design Quality Lead Math & Science Partnership Schools

Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for developing and reviewing curriculum content for K-V Math and Science. They will be working with a team of curriculum content writers to produce quality Teacher Guides (TGs) for our Partnership Schools.
- Complete an asynchronous orientation on curricular material development
- Develop a set of quality, engaging, student-centric Lesson Plans for Math and Science, based on a given template
- Maintain a strong connect with the intended users of the resources: teachers and students
- Review and provide feedback on Math and Science Lesson Plans created by the team of Curriculum Content Developers
- Conduct weekly check-ins with the team of Curriculum Content Developers to provide feedback on lesson plan creation, and lead ongoing training/professional development activities for the curriculum content writers
- Attend regular check-ins with the Manager, Learning Experience and Assessment Design on the ongoing development of the curricular materials
- Finalize the structure of the K-V Math and Science TGs according to the specific guidelines and format provided
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- An understanding of K-V content in the relevant subject domains
- Strong proofreading and editing skills
- Computer literate (MS Office, Internet Navigation)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
- Ability to plan and organize activities within strict timelines
- Excellent Urdu proficiency
- Excellent lesson planning skills
EDUCATION:
- Undergraduate Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, Education, or a related discipline
EXPERIENCE:
- 1-2 years of teaching experience
