Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure that customers are satisfied with the product, and build profitable customer relationships by maintaining a link between customers and the organization.
- Receive the orders from Central orders desk.
- Process sales order so that customer orders are dispatched.
Requirements :
- Graduation Degree. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of product and technical information
- Excellent customer service skills
