You will be working as Customer Support Specialist and will be part of Electrification Business Area for global markets based in Lahore, Pakistan. In this role you will be reporting to Vice President – Commercial Operations, Middle East & Africa Region and will be responsible for assisting the internal and external customers on orders or payments or providing technical support as well as coordinating with the relevant resources to ensure complete ownership is taken and thereby increasing the customer satisfaction.

About Job/Role:

The purpose of this job is to supervise the manufacturing and filling operations of Lactam Sterile, so the products are delivered and supplied in full and on time to the patients at the end of our supply chain.

Responsibility:

  • Resolving the issues faced by customers on orders or payments, by coordinating with sales, operations or supply chain management and other internal or external teams. Coordinating with after-sales service or spare parts teams when required.
  • Recommending the best possible solution to the request of the customer and ensuring the ownership of handling the request is taken by the concerned team on various processes such as production, scheduling, pricing, invoicing etc.
  • Preparing and analyzing statistical report including forecasting using available tools and collecting relevant information.
  • Tracking the target performance and providing the results to management.
  • Ensuring the health, safety and environment policies and processes are followed and practiced.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science or Commerce.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in order handling role.
  • Candidates must have experience in SAP and order management.
  • Strong user experience in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally.
