Customer Support Specialist Jobs at ABB Pakistan April 2021
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolving the issues faced by customers on orders or payments, by coordinating with sales, operations or supply chain management and other internal or external teams.
- Preparing and analyzing statistical report including forecasting using available tools and collecting relevant information.
- Tracking the target performance and providing the results to management.
- Ensuring the health, safety and environment policies and processes are followed and practiced.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science or Commerce.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in order handling role.
- Candidates must have experience in SAP and order management.
- Strong user experience in Microsoft Office tools.
