About Role/Job Purpose:

You will act as a contact point for the Global Business Services (GBS) organization to facilitate the successful resolution of incidents, requests and questions addressed by the internal BAT clients and organization as a whole.  You will provide specialist expertise and administrative support to all customers, in resolving issues to ensure the smooth operation of financial services using the Cherwell platform.

Job Responsibilities:

  • University Degree in a related field or 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Previous work experience with a ticketing system/ tool and analysing reports, identifying problems & challenges in the area of reporting and data functionality
  • Previous work experience in a customer oriented, multifaceted and global environment (preferably in a global business services structure)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners and customers
  • Overview capacity of the workloads within the team and to handle them accurately in the agreed timelines
  • Advanced MS Office experience (especially MS Excel)
  • Advanced proficiency in English Language (both written & spoken)
