Responsibility:
- Plan and conduct the Food safety audits
- conduct the product quality audit in branches as per schedule
- Plan & conduct monthly hygiene audits of all Employee accommodations in his region as assigned by Regional Manager
- To provide training to team on Food Safety and Quality issues & New products as assigned by Regional Manager
- conduct the pre opening audit of new branches & Installation of chemicals dispenser and Pest control device
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Food technology & Microbiology
- 1-2 years experience in quality assurance or food safety audits in QSR ,food industry and retail.
- Good knowledge of English language
