• Ensure that fundraising is carried out in line with TCFs values, mission, vision and objectives
• Solicit, cultivate, and retain donors
• Build relationship & provide amicable service to existing donors
• Focus on closing multi‐year commitments from organizations and high net worth individuals
• Meet or exceed development goals

Required Skill

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good planning, time management and organizational abilities.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently to agreed targets.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Education from a reputed institution preferable
• 8+ years of experience in Fundraising or Sales
