About Role/Job Purpose:
The incumbent will work with EVP Operations directly to ensure quality of education across TCF schools through effective implementation of educational policy & procedures guidelines set by HO.
The incumbent will be accountable for bringing in the on ground perspectives to be incorporated in design aspects of these educational policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
- Works with the HO HR in recruitment of Quality REMs and AEMs (including participation in Assessment Centers)
- Ensures newly inducted REMs are fully supported through completion of job shadowing & orientation program
- Provides oversight and direction to the REMs through coaching and mentoring, in accordance with TCF goals, policies and procedures
- Empowers REMs to take responsibility for the quality of education in their regions, including supporting REMs in the capacity building and nurturing of their AEMs. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability
- Ensures goal setting. Provide regular, effective performance feedback to the REMs, which also allows them to develop and enhance their personnel skills. In addition, participate and provide feedback in annual appraisal exercise on REMs and AEMs

- High level of proficiency in using MS-Office applications & the internet
- Strong data and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- 16 years of education (i.e. Master’s degree or 4 year Bachelor’s degree) in education
