Responsible:

• Design and drive long-term (5-10 years) AMESA sustainable packaging strategy (both Foods and Beverages) and related sustainability goals across Company owned & Franchise portfolio • Manage, direct, advise and/or influence cross-functional/ cross-sector teams to shape, develop, advocate, implement, or accelerate implementation of sustainable packaging agenda • Partner with Business Unit teams to support the development of timely and actionable sustainable plastic packaging glidepaths • Identify solutions and support functional partners (e.g., R&D, GP, Category, Corp Affairs) in development and execution of short and long-term sustainable packaging, materials, or policies • Provide guidance as subject matter expert to Corporate Affairs teams to shape and manage external advocacy plans and collection partnerships and work on external advocacy on Packaging sustainability efforts by PepsiCo through public speaking • Develop and manage AMESA Executive Committee updates and other communications on Packaging goals
