Live Video Support Associate

Lahore, Pakistan

Minimum Education:

Bachelors

Skills Required:

• Active Listening
• Multi-tasking
• Upgrading multi-sheets at the same time
• Excellent command of English Grammar and efficient speaking skills
• Strong phone conversation skills
• Ability to convince customers on retaining his/her order
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices
• Willing to work night shifts.
• Support customers Via Video sessions.
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.
• Assist customers in process of taking teeth impressions.
• Candidates with experience in an international call centers will be given priority.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a call center
• Candidate with Healthcare call center experience will be preferred, but not required.

• Should be a good customer service worker with good presentational skills, who knows how to deal with potential customers
