About Role/Job Purpose:

Support the Country HR Manager for the operational HR delivery aligned to the business or functional  agenda and to the HR agenda  (TA, Rewards & L&D)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coach and support people managers so that they have the necessary capability to carry out activities in the annual employee calendar (P&D and talent management processes, annual Reward calendar, Talent Acquisition processes and Talent Management exercise etc).  Where necessary guide managers to the other areas in the HR model that will support them (people services)
  • Facilitate the P&D and Talent calibration processes
  • Facilitate Operational Workforce Planning (Quarterly Rolling Forecast) at the relevant level working with the business/function
  • Provide day to day coaching and advice to managers to facilitate planning and decision making in areas such as recruitment, development and local restructuring requirements (subject to the standard business/function approval processes)

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor’s Degree required.
  2. At least 7 years of HR generalist experience in HR
  3. Native local and fluent English (both written and spoken) 
  4. Service and solution focused mindset
  5. Ability to work with some level of ambiguity
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly developed interpersonal skills – individual, group
  7. Ability to excel in a fast paced, complex environment and meet tight deadlines
  8. Ability of travel when needed
