About Job/Role:
Perseus Operating group is looking for 2 HR Coordinators to provide support to the Perseus HR Team by maintaining accurate records and performing HR Administrative tasks in a timely manner.
The Human Resource Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with the Human Resource team to ensure that the team has support for various administrative tasks. This role will be responsible for adhering to and completing various administrative tasks as assigned within the timelines and deadlines provided.

Responsibility:
- Partner closely with various members of the Human Resources team to provide administrative support in various tasks.
- Completion of weekly tasks such as new hire benefits set up, reminder emails to employees and managers, following up on outstanding onboarding and offboarding tasks and much more.
- Completion of monthly reporting and deliverables.
- Auditing of records to ensure records are complete and accurate.
- Ensuring HR files are complete and in good order.
- Following up with employees on missing items.
- Assistance with various recruitment tasks, as needed. (i.e., job posting, resume management, etc.)
- Perform other related duties, as required.
- Understands the importance of and protects employee / company information by keeping it confidential.
Requirements :
- Degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of overall Human Resources, Recruiting, or related experience required.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be self-directed.
- High level of customer service and responsiveness. Ability to juggle competing priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Have strong organizational skills
- Strong time management skills
- Workday HRIS experience, a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment
