Implementation Analyst | Hirestream Pakistan-May 2021
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing project SOW for assigned accounts
- Responsible for building processes to meet business needs for enterprise solutions
- He is responsible for on-boarding and implementation of customer initiatives or business processes in one or more functional domains
- Meet with business and technical teams to discuss functional design solutions and alternatives necessary to meet requirements
- Conceive and deliver technical solutions to potential customer inquiries
- Collaborate with the Edly product team to contribute to the product roadmap opportunities
- Help organize and respond to technical sales questions, custom e-learning implementations, and moderate engineering questions
- Have complete familiarity with the technical capabilities of the Edly suite of products
- Act as a liaison between the Edly Sales team, Edly Engineering and Edly Product team
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
- At least one year of experience with technical, implementation or project management teams
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- A broad track record with a strong preference for business development and strategic management
- Manages for both the short term and long term, for positive ROI
- An analytical thinker: able to conceptualize innovative engineering solutions for real-world business cases
- Timely and excellent communicator with a strong focus on client relationships
- Applies technical understandings to outline problems, solutions, results, and learning
