Job Description
- Manage the design and implementation of technical components / activities under the HEDP project.
- Assessing project performance to identify success factors and incorporate best practices into project work.
- Prepare reports for all the stakeholders including World Bank identifying slippages, risks, mitigation measures etc.
- Manages a detailed schedule of activities, identifying major milestones and critical tasks. Identify successful and non-successful component elements to help with lessons learned.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience of report writing.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to balance persistence with tact, when liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to understand complex problems and to advise on appropriate solutions.
- A Bachelors/Masters degree (16 years of education) from a reputable national/international University in Computer Science or related discipline.
