Skills And Abilities:
Analytical Skills: The candidate must possess strong analytical skills to effectively assist the Resource Coordinator and manage funding from multiple sources, each with distinct requirements for purpose, oversight, and accounting. The incumbent should demonstrate the ability to accurately assess resource challenges and devise solutions, even for sensitive resource-related issues. Moreover, the candidate should have the acumen to identify significant operational changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
Education & Experience
- Completion of university degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Financial Management, Organizational Management, Accounting, Public Administration, or local equivalent is required.
- A minimum of three years of experience in administrative services, procurement, customer service, or events management is required.
