About : CPDI
Centre for Peace and Development Initiatives(CPDI) is an independent, non-partisan and a not-for-profit civil society organization working on issues of peace and development in Pakistan. It is registered Under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now substituted by the Companies Act 2017). It was established in September 2003 by a group of concerned citizens who realized that there was a need to approach the issues of peace and development in an integrated manner.

Engagement Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive community and civil society engagement strategy aligned with the program’s goal and objectives.
- Identify key stakeholders and build relationships/ partnerships with them to facilitate implementation of the project. Such stakeholders may include madrassahs, churches, universities, civil society organizations, youth groups, women leaders, political leaders, and relevant government bodies.
Education
- Advanced degree in Social Science subjects such as development studies, political science, governance, civil society, or any other related subject.
- A minimum of 08 years of progressively responsible experience of working on development sector projects, including at least 03-year experience of working in management roles.
