Field Monitoring Officer

•  Candidate must have 1-2 years of experience in field operations. 
• Candidate must be a Graduate.
• 3 positions for Regional office Gilgt & 3 Positions for Sub Regional office Baltistan.

Responsibilities

Description

1. You are required to work 6 days a week i.e. Monday to Saturday.
2. You will be based at a regional office required to travel to GB schools.
3. You are required to coordinate with the Head teacher/ Principal. Facilitate activities related quality of education being imparted. MF expects smooth function of the schools through tactful handling.
4. Interventions in all schools should be carried out under your supervision.
5. Supervision of ECE and E-Learning is to be done by you.
6. You are required to visit each school as required.
7. Develop Strong relationship with community regarding education and other related matters.
8. Data Management of all Skardu School, Prepare report week/ month wise.
