Manager Application Support

Job Description

• 1.       Responsible for Customer support and query resolution within the agreed TAT to cater to all working code of help requests (HR)
• 2.       Responsible for Monitoring health checks of systems daily.
• 3.       Research and identify solutions to software issues.
• 4.       User ID management must be within TAT.
• 5.       Support branch banking business till closure.
• 6.       In case of late sitting or any special operation e.g month-end, year-end. The incumbent should be available and managed smoothly.          
• 7.       Respond to all quires raised by clients via email (Internal / External).
• 8.       Debugging and fixing the reported issues by coordination of the different teams.
• 9.       Responsible for M3Tech SMS recon monthly basis.
