Machine Operations

Job Description

• Confirm daily of operational set-up on assigned line/Production work center/manufacturing suite and operate with compliance to applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs) and defined GMP/EHS standards.
• Perform autonomous maintenance of assigned line/equipment including ancillaries, that includes all first touch trouble shooting and technical maintenance.Participate in Tier-1 (Line level performance management meeting) and track the hourly board with defined KPIs.
• Perform all steps of line clearance and product change over as per production plan of assigned line (s).
