Lead Analyst- Customer Retention & Segmentation Jobs at StarzPlay Pakistan April 2021

Job Responsibilities:

Own our Customer Retention and Lifecycle Modeling from a segment creation, analysis & reporting strategy perspective.

  • Analyze data from multiple sources and provide an interpretation of customer behavior along with actionable insights to reduce Churn
  • Design & automate dashboards, create recurring & ad-hoc reports & charts.
  • Collect, analyze & present customer & visitor behavior, conversion data, customer journeys,
  • Work cross-functionally with product, tech, marketing, data and billing teams to ensure the
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and understand larger picture trends happening within the data
  • Translate complex concepts to non-analyst stakeholders through data, visuals, and narratives

Requirements :

  • 3+ years relevant statistical / data analysis experience in an online environment;
  • BSc. in a numerate degree or demonstrable equivalent experience working with complex data
  • Hands on experience with Python/R/Scala
  • Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Data Visualisation & Dashboard tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc. as well as
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Web & App Analytics tools such as Google Analytics (including
  • Data Studio), Appsflyer, Omniture Site Catalyst or similar.
  • Understanding of CRM, User Journeys & Segmentation specifically & digital marketing generally
  • Knowledge of subscription business preferred
