Job Responsibilities:
- Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns for revenue scalability.
- Presenting information using data visualization techniques that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data for ROI- Centric decision making.
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive high end business solutions.
- Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of business strategies and up-sell/cross sell techniques.
- Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
- Use strong business acumen, as well as an ability to communicate findings, and mine vast amounts of data for useful insights.
Requirements :
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst.
- Experience in data mining
- Understanding of machine-learning and operations research is preferred.
- Knowledge of R, SQL and Python
- Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) and data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop)
- Analytical mind and business acumen
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field; graduate degree in Data Science or other quantitative field is a plus
