Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the operational conversion of the P&O strategic goals within a dedicated client group.
- Coordinate and support the implementation of various P&O processes such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent management, succession planning and OTR to achieve the Unit’s goals, in close cooperation with the respective process expert(s). -Implement manpower plans in alignment with the client’s Business plan.
- Compile specified P&O Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data and format for reporting.
- Communicate learning needs to appropriate specialist unit and deliver trainings to dedicated client groups.
- Participate or lead P&O Projects at country or BU level.
- Builds partnerships with all levels of employees from individuals to teams, from entry-level to executive leadership.
- Coach and advise on solving problems and implementing resolutions for performance management challenges; provides guidance on corrective actions.
- Present and train on P&O-related content and curriculum Ensures legal compliance with applicable regulations, and provides guidance on policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Lead or contribute to corporate initiatives and projects such as the employee recognition program, the employee assistance and well being program, Participate in and supports the documentation of investigations of workplace complaints and allegations such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, hostile work environment, and policy violations
Requirements :
- Collaborating across boundaries, Employee Relations Policies & Practices , Problem solving4-7 Years of Experience in Similar Sales Role
