Manager Payroll job at Ingredion-April 2021

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of monthly salaries.
  • Manage monthly reconciliation of all payrolls and conduct variance & competitive analysis.
  • Ensure timely payments of final settlements.
  • Administer multiple business processes in Workday (HRIS) regarding compensation.
  • Participate in benefits & salary surveys and lead external benchmarking for data validation.
  • Coordinate, forecast and administer HR budget for merit increase, bonus and other benefits plan during salary review process.
  • Manage various benefits administration processes such as scholarship, group & healthcare insurance program etc.
  • Maintain benefits information through employee self-service portal and advise employees on statutory requirements, collective agreements and HR policies & procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy and authenticity of HRIS data for smooth running of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Support internal and external audit reviews of relevant payroll data.

Requirements :

  • Strong understanding of payroll administration, salary taxation, terminal benefits and life & healthcare insurance plans.
  • Ability to prepare and analyze variance reports. 
  • Ability to assess the benefits & costs of total rewards packages.
  • Good working knowledge of job evaluation tools.
  • Understanding of total reward package and salary bands.
  • Ability to provide accurate analysis and budget to support decision-making process.
