About Role/Job Purpose:

As Manager, People Operations, you will guide KT to continuously evolve as a high-performing organization. In this role, You will be responsible for the execution of a mix of day-to-day tactical and strategic initiatives, including onboarding, employee experience, and compliance within the organization. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, you'll proactively identify areas and programs for the People Ops team to support the business and partner closely with the Talent and People team as well as partner with Finance, Workplace, IT, and Legal. You’re a strong collaborator and communicator and you proactively build cross-functional partnerships across the company. You have excellent judgment and are a strong thought partner to team members at all levels of the organization on employee relations matters. You’re excited to lead and coach a small, high-performing team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support company-wide HR policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with company OKR’s.
  • Translate a vision for our company core values into critical processes, policies, and systems we’ll need to efficiently navigate all stages of the employee lifecycle from onboarding, to orientation, to development and support, to offboarding and termination.
  • Deliver a wide variety of projects end-to-end,
  • Invest in collecting and leveraging people-related data to drive impact; define and track key metrics to measure employee happiness, engagement, performance, and retention, and use data to inform program changes.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years People Operations/Generalist work experience. At least three years experience managing a People team.
  • Experience implementing operational improvements creating efficient processes, policies, and programs; experience working in high-growth technology companies a plus
  • Ability to drive key measurements/analytics critical in driving key business/program initiatives and strategies for the business
  • Proficiency in Mac and Google applications, such as sheets, slides, and docs. Workday Experience
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire growing teams with years of strong people management experience, ideally within a People Operations function.
