About Role/Job Purpose:

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive operational delivery of the end-to-end process within the NPI function, acting as a SPOC for the end-to-end process owner, and creating alignment and consistency across process and across markets
- Lead, support and manage the NPI team effectively, accountable for the delivery of all NPI projects within scope of GBS – Manage changes to annual cycle plans, cancellation, and replacements of projects
- Identify and develop future talents and create realistic succession scenarios for key positions within the function
- Continuously monitor and evaluate organizational efficiency with the support of IT-systems, data and analysis and team feedback, and make appropriate changes to meet business needs (e.g. NPI project planning toolkit, automation of protocols/CRs, artwork simplification)
Requirements :
- Minimum Qualifications: Four-year university degree with focus on related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive work experience in the operational delivery of these services, ideally in a shared service centre, with leadership experience in an organisation of similar scale and complexity of services
- Comprehensive understanding of the end to end processes for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Excellent communication, people management and change management skills as well as ability to manage relationships professionally.
