Requirements
- The position reports to General Manager (Reinsurance) and responsible for arranging and managing the reinsurance (Treaty and Facultative) programs, annually reviewing current reinsurance programs and structures and evaluate alternatives, formulating options and recommend changes, monitoring reinsurance claims recoveries, applying contemporary practices in reinsurance, risk management and claims management and responsible to implement maximum automation. The candidate should have a good understanding of the Underwriting, Claims and Reinsurances functions of commercial line business. The ideal candidate should possess a master’s degree from HEC recognized University and at least Dip CII with a minimum of 8 years work experience in Underwriting and/ or Claims functions (Reinsurance experience shall be preferred).
