Responsibilities

• Perform key performance measures on line Mass balances Complete appropriate checklists of shutdown, start up, Favour change through effective line walk in a clear, legible and accurate format, and completed with required information Keep and maintain accurate records Perform visual, in-process final inspection and dry run of line equipment to highlight the maintenance and operational opportunities Analyze process data and equipment performance data to improve quality, throughput, and troubleshoot. Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties. Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP’s. Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices to achieve best in class Scores in AIBI, IPS scores Ensuring all required work safe practices. This would include PPEs compliance and making area safe and prepared as per PTW practices

Qualifications

• Certified as able to perform all aspects of work station
• 2.     Ability to influence others
• 3.     Skill in communicating with others (verbal, written) – fluent English speak
• 4.     Understanding of the importance of the KPI scorecard
• 5.     Ability to collect and analyse data for problem solution
• 6.     Must be team oriented and self-directing
• 7.     Must have a strong commitment to quality, safety, and communication
• 8.     Must have knowledge of the impact of the work on the environment

Overview

• Capable of running all of process equipment of process line and performing all duties associated with the smooth running of lines
• Prioritizing workloads in troubleshooting is key within this role to ensure that line efficiencies are kept to the highest level of performance.
• Ensure that all monitoring systems required by the Company are completed accurately to ensure that product is checked in accordance with laid down quality, Food safety and EHS procedures
