Responsibility:
- Preparation of work plans and formulation of policy intervention.
- Coordination with government departments, donors, implementing partners, stakeholders and effective communication of results. Formulation and implementation of strategy and action plan for good governance, institutional reform and effective RBM system.
- Operational Management of the Project.
- Effective Monitoring and evaluation of the Project.
- Resource mobilization for the Project.
Requirements :
- Minimum 7 years of working experience preferably in the development sector with a focus on project management and/or experience in institutional development and capacity building in public sector institutions.
- Working knowledge and skills in IT is a prerequisite for the assignment.
- Minimum Master’s degree in Social Sciences, preferably in Economics, Public Policy, Governance, social science or management-related discipline.
- HEC attested degrees are a prerequisite for employment at UNDP.
- Foreign Qualified Candidates: Foreign degree holders shall be required to(i) Present a verification/certification letter from the university verifying the degree & student enrollment, orii) Foreign degree Equivalence Letter from HEC.
