Executive Assistant

• Karachi , Pakistan

Responsibilities:

•  You will also maintain calendars for assigned consultants, handle all phone calls in a professional and efficient manner and develop effective relationships with the individuals in which you support.
• You will produce accurate, properly formatted documents and reports, frequently under tight time constraints.
• Also support the planning and execution of major projects, conferences and other off-site meetings while working collaboratively with other executive assistants to ensure backup coverage.
• File organization, expense report submission and accounting administration.

Requirements:

• Poise, presence, and professionalism
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• 3+ years of administrative assistant experience in a corporate or professional environment, working for senior-level management 
• College or secretarial school required; University degree preferred
