Job Responsibilities:
- To follow up with local shipper for accurate and on-time booking and support 3rd parties to make correct booking with carrier.
- Co-ordinate with 3rd parties and local shipper for physical cargo delivery as planned.
- Co-ordinate with 3rd parties for carrier BL as SOP.
- Invoicing to customer and local shipper for related local charge.
- Perform Bank documentation.
- Monitor commercial documentation.
- Payment arrangement to 3rd parties for related local charge.
- To check and verify documents and co-ordinate with 3rd parties to update Track & Trace system.
- Manage 3rd parties performance and work closely with manager for improvement opportunity.
- Incident management and handles customers inquiries, complaints, claims follow up, verify credit terms and credit status, and coordinate with departments concerned on related issues.
- Handles customers statistics and reports.
- Experienced person (1-2 year experience) in forwarding, logistics, warehousing company.
- Good at English (Reading & Writing), basic in communication.
- Ability to file AMS/ACI/AFR/ISF is advantage.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Advance Excel Skills).
- Good skill of Interpersonal communication and Customer Service.
- Ability to work under pressure and have good teamwork.
- Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard-working.
