About Role/Job Purpose:

What are the main responsibilities within this role (short description)?

  • Owns the in market OTC processes, escalation point for the team and direct interface for key and strategic customers
  • Develop and maintain an End to End efficient and effective order to cash process
  • Ensure Order to Cash performance with focus on customer satisfaction and cash flow delivery
  • Manages operational issues and exceptions in the market

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the work of the OTC in market team
  • Establish the working relationship and act as FPOC between the 3PSP and in-market roles to ensure a seamless OTC process
  • Own the local OtC policies, service catalogue and customer segmentation strategy
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in alignment with the defined Customer Service strategy
  • Manage exceptions and customer requests relating to Order to Deliver, Claims and Bill to Cash activities
  • Manage set up of new customers and customer data changes
  • Execute customer facing and collaboration activities as defined by the business
  • Control and execute credit management and collection activities in collaboration with the 3PSP  
  • Control and execute customer pricing on and off invoice

Requirements :

  • A degree in CD, Finance, Supply Chain or an Order to Cash related function
  • Worked in coordination functions and team management experience
  • Experience in working with third party service providers
  • Experience in FMCG in an internationally operating company
  • Good SAP user knowledge
  • Familiar with financial and supply chain transactional processes
  • Order to cash process and systems experience
  • Good written and verbal English
