About Job/Role:
– Report to the Warehouse Manager
– Plan resources and asset to cope with strong business growth across all shifts
– Be responsible of daily operations performance (Productivity, quality) to reach expected SLA within budget
Plan and ensure sufficient manpower to match high and low volumes, safeguard SLA’s by scaling up during peaks
– Ensure all customer orders are picked, packed and shipped on time according to the SLA
– Notify appropriate departments when supplier non-conformance or shortage/overages are found, i.e. Buying, QC

Job Responsibilities:

– Develop a thorough, effective and timely continuous improvement plan to meet our effectiveness & productivity targets.
– Prompt action is taken with any complaints that arise (quick action), problem solving and communicating to close any complaints quickly is essential
– Develop team mindset and skills to make them contribute to the continuous improvement.
– Be responsible for team development, recruit talents, adapt team structure to fit business evolution, provide coaching/training, identify career path for high potential to develop team commitment and motivation
– Provide regular KPI reports with data and actions to measure progress against the plan objectives
– Be prepared to assist with other departments in the warehouse as and when required
– Drive forward cost and efficiency saving projects
– Plan and execute end-to-end preparation for seasonal campaigns (e.g. 11.11, 12.12..)
– Identify system enhancements and contribute in BRD/UAT to improve WMS
Requirements :
- IT Services
- 4-5 years work experience
