Job Responsibilities:
– Report to the Warehouse Manager
– Be responsible of daily operations performance (Productivity, quality) to reach expected SLA within budget
– Ensure sufficient manpower to match high and low volumes, safeguard SLA’s by scaling up during peaks
– Ensure all customer orders are picked, packed and shipped on time according to the SLA
– Prompt action is taken with any complaints that arise (quick action), problem solving and communicating to close any complaints quickly is essential
– Develop team mindset and skills to make them contribute to the continuous improvement.
– Be responsible for team development, adapt team structure to fit business evolution and provide coaching/training.
– Provide regular KPI reports with data and actions to measure progress against the plan objectives
– Be prepared to assist with other departments in the warehouse as and when required
