Programme Assistant

Job Responsibilities
Support communication and activities with local partners, agencies, NGOs and government institutions.
Act as a point of contact for resolution of general operational queries requesting assistance where necessary.
Provide project management and/or general office support following established targets and WFP’s policies and procedures.
Perform specialized and/or standardised processes and activities within the specific technical area of work supporting alignment with wider programme policies and guidelines.
Job Requirements
Ensure proper advocacy and visibility of WFP activities at the district level.
Provide support to conduct the trainings Workshops and facilitate the donor missions at the District level.
Coordinate with BISP POS agent for the smooth disbursement of agreed entitlement to eligible beneficiaries at centers.
Minimum 5 years’ practical work experience in nutrition and public health in emergencies, with a minimum of 2-3 years experience specifically in Community based management of acute malnutrition (CMAM)
