Responsibility:
- Under the direct supervision of the UNODC Criminal Justice Advisor based at CoPAK in Islamabad, the CJROL Coordinator will render all the necessary assistance in the planning, implementation, and delivery of programme activities related to criminal justice and Rule of Law. The incumbent will work in close coordination and collaboration with SPII Programme Officers (Police, Prosecution and Judiciary and Prisons), partner institutions and other stakeholders in Pakistan to successfully implement the UNODC led projects and programmes as follows:
Requirements :
a. A professional, holding a master’s degree in Law, International Relations, Social or Political Science or other relevant academic fields, plus a minimum of 08 years of relevant professional work experience with the criminal justice system or affiliated Government ministries and agencies as well as Programme management
b. Proven experience in project management and very good knowledge of the project management tools;
c. Professional experiences in most of these areas: justice sector reform, access to justice, gender justice, capacity building, security sector reform and related issues;
d. Experience in security sector governance, institutional development and oversight;
e. Capacity to devise, set-up and manage training programmes
f. Ability to produce concise reports and presentations
