A day in the life of…
- Efficient utilization of all available resources within Chilled Distribution Center (DC)
- To ensure Demand & Supply Planning Processes are in place and executed weekly using appropriate forecasting models thereby ensuring right product availability
- To ensure customer service through efficient customer order planning procedures. Proper planning & effective utilization of Fixed Distribution Cost
- Handling, investigating, and resolving to all concerned about the Customer Abnormalities and taking corrective actions
- To ensure excellent customer service through effective fleet management. Proper planning & effective utilization of Variable Distribution Cost. Implement effective asset management procedures
