Quality Assurance promotes ibex. strategy by providing valuable quality evaluations and reporting information to better equip our operational, training and HR counterparts on their decision-making strategy and execution.

Job Responsibilities:
- Call Evaluations
- Valls Listening Sessions with CSE
- Provide specific feedbacks via post monitoring annotations.
- Huddles
- Health checks on new Process
- Respective Teams NPS/Quality/CSAT/ICE etc. Score
- Reporting
Requirements :
- 2-3 years of Call center experience and related QA experience is preferred
- Strong leadership and and organizing skills.
- Interpersonal skills
- Reporting and Analytical Skills
- MS Office especially Excel and Power Point
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills apply now
