Responsibility:
- Checking the raw material while receiving & FG while dispatch.
- Checking of Critical control Point & Processing Parameters while manufacturing.
- Monitoring Hygiene station cleaning & material availability.
- Verification of Area Line Clearance & Collection of samples for Laboratory testing
Requirements :
- Educational degree in food safety & quality assurance (diploma and above)
- English language
- 1-2 years experience in Food Industry & QSR
