About Role/Job Purpose:
Relationship Associate (RA) in the Corporate and Institutional Banking group is a responsible for assisting Relationship Manager (RM) in managing the Corporate banking relationships products and services to the existing and prospect customers. He/she work engagements are 80% with Internal stake holders and 20% external stake holders

Job Responsibilities:
- Client Correspondence: Using the digital and non-digital channels to correspond with Clients.
- Follow up with Client Risk Manager (CRM) : Pertaining to SCA / Memo and all formal submissions.
- Account Operation: Ensure transaction execution at branch and Transaction Processing Center(TPC), Call back and mark-up recovery.
- Financial Reports: A brief analysis of the annual financial accounts of every customer to be carried out within 10 working days from the date of the receipt of accounts.
- Documentation for Credit Underwriting: SCA, BIR, ORR and PR Checklist, Verification of BBFS, Facility utilization request letter, deferral / waiver, EOL / Sub-allocation / Limit extension interim credit application.
Requirements :
- Minimum Qualifications : BBA / BSC
- Minimum Experience : 0-3 years
- Job Specific Skills : Credit Analysis , Account operation, Trade Finance skills.
- Behavioural Skills: Participating prompt response to clients and issues
