Warehouse Automation Associate Manager

qualification

• Preferred minimum 5 years Warehousing experience.
• Proven results using sound processes in the warehouse functions.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Operations and requirements necessary to deliver company-wide results.
• Strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Technical skills, troubleshooting skills, training and coaching skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver technical training materials and “certify” our company technical “experts”.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the current and future National Sales & Distribution Productivity Plans.
• Build Training Materials to use for establishing base-line skill and capability for all new Sales & Distribution technology.
• Deliver Operations Capability training to new Supply Chain Leaders.
• Ensure the “Certification” of all Front-line Warehouse employees related to new technologies.
• Deliver New Technology start-up certifications for Sales & Distribution Operations. Includes operational training and validation of technology capability.
• Complete Equipment audits to verify equipment is capable of delivering the expected results and train site teams to conduct self-audits.
