Energy and Infrastructure Company (EICO) is a joint venture between Sinoma International Engineering Co. Ltd. and Walid Ahmad Juffali Company. The headquarters of the company is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Compiling the safety documents, safety execution scheme, field safety inspection and prevention, investigation and handling of safety accident, organization regular safety training.
